<div>Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are reaching out with heavy hearts on behalf of our beloved friend and colleague, <strong>Fred Junker, who has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer</strong>. This devastating news has come as a shock to all of us who know him as a vibrant, hardworking, and kind individual.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Fred has been an incredible part of our team at Seaside Grill — always the first to offer help, share a laugh, or lift someone’s spirits. Now, it’s our turn to rally around and support him in the fight of a lifetime.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As Fred begins intensive treatments, the financial strain has become overwhelming. Between medical bills, time away from work, and daily living costs, the burden is immense. <strong>Our goal is to ease that weight so Fred can focus fully on healing and spending time with loved ones.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation — no matter the size — brings comfort and hope. <strong>If you’re not in a position to give, please consider sharing this page with others who might be willing to help.</strong> Every gesture of support counts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let’s come together as a community and show Fred that he is not alone in this fight.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With gratitude,
</div>
<div>Friends of Fred
