Help Fernando and Drake Have a Safe Home

Fernando and Drake made the move from Kansas to Portland in hopes of finding a place they could build a life together and call home.  They worked really hard to save enough for their downpayment, and we were able to find the cutest 444 sq ft home to fit their budget. Unfortunately, the home has an unsafe electrical panel that we couldn't negotiate  any concessions towards.

After working so hard to get into homeownership, their budget has left them with no money for the needed panel replacement. They're committed to budgeting and saving over the next 6 months in order to replace the panel, but I'm honestly worried for their safety.  That's why I'm turning to my community, because I know we that we  can pull together enough resources to make sure that Fernando and Drake's home will be a safe one.
