Help Francie Recover After LA Fires

This is what is left of her home.

My dear friend Francie lost everything in the recent LA fires. The beautiful, humble cottage where she has lived for the past eight years, burned to the ground - reducing all of her belongings, including sentimental family treasures, to ashes. She has been rendered homeless and without an anchor.

During her seven decades on this planet, she has endured many challenges, and has always risen above them. She has approached each situation with grace, humility and relentless optimism. I have never known anyone to sustain such hopefulness in the face of adversity. Her belief in humanity and the goodness in the world is unmatched.

But after finally finding a life-balance, this tragedy has been crushing.
