Teachers LEAD offers coaching and mentoring support to teachers by modeling and fostering supportive and trusting relationships. We believe teachers need ongoing, consistent, personalized help to optimize their efficiency and performance to positively impact all students. In addition to coaching and mentoring, we operate year-long to celebrate and acknowledge the "heart work of educators." We are a community of educators dedicated to supporting and nurturing the heart of educators and fostering the love of teaching and learning. Our campaign, "With Heart," includes educator swag that allows educators to "wear their heart on their sleeve" publicly. We will use all money collected to maintain operations, payroll, and overheard/start-up costs. During the off-season, we rely on donations to keep our mission alive. Now more than ever, educators need support and celebrations for their dedication and commitment to children.
