Help for Monet and his family

Hi family and friends. I am reaching out to you all to ask for your support for our brother, Monet. As you know, Puerto Rico was devasted by the recent hurricane and the Island has a very difficult journey as they begin the recovery effort.

What you may not be aware of is that Monet's hometown was pretty much destroyed. His daughter is there and while we have confirmed that she is safe, we have not been able to contact her for over 3 days. His other family is also there and are in desperate need of basic necessities...water, food, medical supplies, and toiletries. 

We are working to gather as many supplies as possible here in the states. The real challenge is trying to get those supplies to his family and trying to secure plane tickets for him and his daughter so she can come back to the mainland for now. We are planning to fly to P.R. as soon as realistically possible and will carry as many supplies as we are allowed. We will most likely incur heavy fees from the airlines for traveling with these supplies. This is where we could use your help. 

I don't know what the magic number is to ask for... so I just factored in airfare, baggage fees, shipping fees, rental car, lodging for a few days, the cost to purchase a generator (if possible), and miscellaneous... 

I also did not get into talking about how Monet is a great guy...we all know that...
