Help for Urgent Oral Surgery for First Responder

I don't want to be here reaching out for help, but I find myself pitted against time.

I am in need of an emergency surgery (non-elective) that requires surgery and 2 bone grafts in my left and right maxilla. I work 2 jobs, have a side hustle, and am in school, but in this fight, I'm out of time. My insurance covers some, but I am still left with a lofty cost for this. A friend suggested I try this, so I am grateful for any help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
