Help for the Lynne Appleman Family

Leesburg Sterling Family Practice is seeking donations for the family of our devoted nurse and friend, Lynne Appleman, who departed this life unexpectedly on September 19, 2021 at the age of 48. Lynne spent her entire medical career caring for others, often neglecting her own needs in the process. She was selfless and devoted to her young daughter Addyson, the providers and staff at LSFP and her close friends and family. The family greatly appreciates any help we can provide as they are struggling to manage the household and personal obligations left behind. All donations will go directly to the family to be used for final expenses and to support Lynne's daughter Addyson, age 13.
