Help for the Judah Roche Family

I am creating this for my brother, Judah Roche and his beautiful family. His wife, Candice Roche and children, Judah, Bella-Rose, and Levi Roche. About three weeks ago Judah had a bad bought with his diverticulitis, which he has had many struggles with over the years. It started on a Friday with a visit to the ER, which is standard for him when it gets bad. Usually he gets antibiotics and recovers quickly within a few days. This time it began to get worse and worse. By Monday he was not getting better and had been bed ridden for three days. Monday night he went back into the ER. Upon talking with the first doctor he spoke with after rigorous testing it was not looking good. He had a blockage which caused a rupture in his intestines leading to an abscess infection and his kidney we're beginning to fail. Everything was extremely inflamed to the point where they couldn't even say how bad it was. They did know that he needed immediate surgery. By Tuesday early morning they began telling him the extent of what they were expecting. It was to remove part of his colon and part of his intestines and almost a 100 percent chance of a colostomy bag on his stomach and another surgery in six months. Many prayers poured over him and his family. Food was delivered to his home from our church family. Needless to say it was astounding the outpouring of love and support. He went into surgery which was a success! It went better than expected even leaving the surgeon of many years scratching his head. They felt confident to go ahead and remove what they needed and attach it back at that time being he was so healthy and the standard things they were expecting to find just weren't there. Praise the Lord! No bag! But it has still and will continue to be a long road of recovery. That being said with him being the main provider for their family he is unable to work for some time. Many friends and family have stepped up to cover this months rent as he was in the hospital for a little more than two weeks. But they will still need help covering their rent again for the this next month and many other expenses that come with a family of five. As he cannot work for quite some time. On top of thousands and thousands of dollars in medical bills. Anything that is on your heart to give would be an absolute blessing and appreciated beyond measure. I know we have seen the Lord's hand at work in all of this and are in awe of his goodness. There are treasured lessons in this the Lord has gently impressed on Judah's heart. I know that they are continuing in total faith the Lord will provide giving honor and glory in all trials to his mighty and magnificent name. Thank you for any support. We love you all. Also, praise report...if he continues to make a clean recovery over the next few months the doctors are expecting he will never have to deal with diverticulitis ever again. Amen!!!
