Help for The Family of Sergio Hernandez

Sergio Hernandez came to work for Mozart's Coffee Roasters 20 years ago. While he did not have any experience as a baker, he had a natural aptitude towards the kitchen and working collaboratively with others. Sergio made Mozart's a better place with his perpetual smile, his willingness to help anyone at any time, his regular response of "we can do it," and an amazing capacity to own any challenge no matter what. Sergio also mentored hundreds of young soccer players, helping them perform at the highest levels to be better than they ever imagined. Over the years, he learned how to be a darned good baker - making quite possibly the best cherry pie you could find in Texas. We are saddened to lose him as a friend, peer, and long-time member of the Mozart's family. Please consider donating in his memory. All donations will help cover both funeral and medical expenses. These donations will be handled by a close family member, per the family’s request.

Sergio Hernández empezó a trabajar en Mozart's Coffee Roasters hace 20 años. Aunque no tuviera ninguna experiencia como panadero, tenía una aptitud natural hacia la cocina y trabajar en colaboración con otros. Sergio hizo de Mozart’s un lugar mejor con su sonrisa perpetua, su disposición a ayudar a cualquiera en cualquier momento, su respuesta habitual de “si se puede” y una capacidad asombrosa para asumir cualquier desafío. Sergio también fue mentor de cientos de jóvenes futbolistas, ayudándolos a rendir al mas alto nivel para ser mejores de lo que jamás imaginaron. A lo largo de los años, aprendió a ser un muy buen panadero, preparando posiblemente el mejor pastel de cerezas que se pueda encontrar en Texas. Nos entristece perderlo como amigo, compañero, y miembro de la familia de Mozart’s desde hace mucho tiempo. Por favor considere donar en su memoria. Estas donaciones serán manejadas por un familiar cercano, según la solicitud de la familia.
