Help for the Erin D'Agostino family

Leesburg Sterling Family Practice(LSFP) mourns the loss of one of our own.   Erin was a faithful employee of LSFP for fourteen years, serving in various roles, most recently in the referrals department. A former LPN, Erin demonstrated great compassion for others with a kind, sweet and humble nature that endeared her to so many people. Despite many great tragedies in her personal life, she persevered and tried to see the good in everyone and every situation. Erin is predeceased by her daughter, Abigail (2018) and is survived by her husband, Beni and her parents Lana and Fred Seigneur.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to her family to help cover final expenses.
