Hi! I am Katharina, I am from Hamburg but living in the spanish Town of Cuenca (Castilla la Mancha). Se have a huge problem with stray cats here. All local shelters are completely full and the authorities simply don’t care.

I have been living here for 5 years and every year more kittens are born. This spring 10 of them in my garden.

it’s vital to get them castrated and vaccinated. But there are just too many of them for me to take care of. Just yesterday we found this little baby, all alone in the street. With bad eyes and not able to survive on his own.

Now he needs to go to the vet, get his eyes cured and basic vaccines.

every visit to the vet is at least 60€.

Castration is 90€ for male and 190€ for female cats. Vaccines are around 50€!!

I feed them and give them a loving home but the costs are just too much.
