Final arrangements for Sean Stadnika

It is with great sadness that I have to report that my husband, Sean has been in a coma since yesterday he has occurred severe brain damage, the doctors say there is a very small chance that he will come out of this. Within the next few days they will confirm if he is officially brain dead. We have been told to start thinking about finalizing his affairs. And with this I am going to have to find a way to support our two babies without his income as well as the unpaid portion of the leave of absence from my work to finalize and prepare for this. I am asking friends and family of you have any money to spare to help support us along the way to help lesson the burden that already seems so unbearable.
