Please help me during a bad time

Hi, I want to thank everyone who has given and shared to this cause for me and my mom. I have been able to stay here longer, pay my electric yesterday and been very touched by everything, even the messages of people who couldn't give who still reached out. That means the world. I have been in and out of the hospital/er several times in the past month. I am still sick, unfortuantely, but getting better. I ate my first solid food recently, and am coming around to feeling more like myself again. I still am behind on rent from last month and this month, $700, from being out sick. I also have old tags on my car because I cannot afford $150 that I have not had to pay my taxes and my stickers for my car. I am also very far behind in other bills, including a loan on my car I had to do while I was staying here alone with my mother, and am clinging to payment arrangements and making bare minimum payments to survive, have food and medicine.
My main concern is that I still owe 500$ to the nursing home for my mom to be there and that I do not have. They want it by the 12th, 15th by the latest, of January, and that would be pushing it. I am trying so hard to get back to work, but have honestly never been this sick, but I am a still going to push myself. I am also expecting my taxes, but that will be at least several weeks down the road and the need and urgency is right now and will be before I see another paycheck or tax check of any kind at all. I just don't want my sweet mama to be kicked out of the nursing home. She needs to be there. She has had a broken back several times and suffers from dementia. And if you go to see her, please do not mention this to her, as it will only confuse and hurt her more. Thank you. I have actually had family members tell me they will not help me or my mom because I am gay and completely shun us.
Having said all that, I just please ask that if you can do something, that you will. I am the LAST person that wants to ask people for help. And you may not even like me, but I am still asking this for mine and my own mom's well being. Honestly, it rips my heart out that this is the state we are in, but I don't know what to do except try to rely on the ones that love us and have kindess in their hearts. Your help will be forever remembered, and I thank you for reading my story and doing what you can.
