Help For Sam After the Fire

My friend, Sam Schumacher, lost his home and vehicle this morning due to a major housefire. The only reason he got out at all is because his loyal dog, Waggles, woke him up (thank god for that dog). Sam has lost all of his clothing, all of his photographs, all of his posessions period. He had no insurance, so he will not be getting any help to rebuild or recover from this.
