A little help for our dear friend Seville

Dear Family,
My dear friend Seville got into a motorbike accident just one week ago, on her way to deliver some medicine and herbs to a friend who was also recovering from a recent accident.
Seville was taken to the local hospital, but it quickly became clear that they didn’t have the resources and expertise to effectively give the treatment she needed. She was driven to the nearest city, and when she arrived she was informed that it would cost her 160,000 THB (approx $5300) for the surgery. This had to be done immediately to prevent the risk of her loosing her leg. Seville is now beginning a very long healing process and her spirits remain high. Also hospital was kind enough to give her around 40,000 THB discount which brought the cost down to 120,000 THB (approx $4000). However, money had to be borrowed for the unexpected yet necessary cost of surgery.

I’m sharing her story here because I have been fortunate enough to be a part of this community and know how much care and love there is here.
