Help for Naomi ❤️ (Richard and Ericah Brinson)

Donation protected
            Alright y'all.    I have a big ask.

.... but I also have a big God who "made the heavens and the earth by His great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for Him." (Jeremiah 32:17)

                  Nothing too hard.

Not even raising enough money for a little girl's tuition to attend a special therapeutic enrichment program.

Many of you already know them, but for those of you who don't... I'd like to introduce you to Richard and Ericah Brinson. They run the Treasure Coast Foster Closet, which is a non-profit organization started by Ericah and her sister to give foster families the ability to 'shop' for FREE for any items a child coming into care may need. The Brinsons pour their heart and soul into this mission to make sure that foster families feel supported and have access to what they need. They spend countless hours fundraising, and organizing volunteers to help sort donations.

The Brinsons are always the first ones to help. Each week, they highlight a different foster family and create an Amazon wishlist so the community can bless them.

Well, this week.... I am highlighting THIS foster family. I am highlighting the Brinsons. You see, the Brinsons don't just help foster families. They ARE a foster family. Richard and Ericah have adopted 4 children out of foster care and right now one of those kiddos needs a little extra love and support. Her name is Naomi and she is a beautiful 5 year old girl who was affected by trauma. Her beginnings were tough, but her education shouldn't have to be.

Although she is very bright, Naomi has some extreme behavioral and developmental needs that her current school, despite their best efforts and patience, is unable to meet.

She is in need of more.

... And I believe we can give it to her.

An amazing local program called PALS (Program for Alternative Learning Styles) is saving a spot for Naomi and will provide all her therapies on-site while she learns in an environment that is right for her. Many of you know PALS because all three of my special needs kids go there and I rave about it all the time. ❤️

However, programs like these come at a cost. We are praying to raise $9,500 to cover Naomi's tuition for the remainder of the school year until she can apply for a scholarship for the following year.

Obviously, this wasn't part of the Brinson's plan, but that is part of raising kids from hard places.

Very little goes according to plan.

This may come as a surprise to them, but it is no surprise to God, and He has promised to "meet ALL their needs, according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus." (Phil 4:19)

Right now, Naomi has a need.

.... And I think it would be really cool if God could use this amazing community to meet that need .

Let's bless the socks off of this family and give them the best gift for Christmas....   A therapeutic environment where their beautiful girl can thrive! ❤️

If you feel led to help Naomi and her family, please pray and "give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." (2 Corinthians 9:7)
