Help for my Sons with Autism for Dr Appointment

I am a single mother of  two children with autism. I am no longer able to work due to Covid. My sons are frequently getting quarantined and I have to be available to go get them from school whenever necessary. I am the sole guardian, when they are home for the 2 weeks I need to be there for them at all hours. This happens more often then they are in the school, it amounted to almost 7 months of school they missed. My one son also has seizures; we need to be able to go to the hospital frequently to keep him healthy. Life is extremely difficult and the virus adds added stress to keep my boys healthy. I have now been without a reliable car for the past month. I have been struggling to pay the rent and get food, this makes me unable to fix my car.  However, my car is extremely important as well, due to all of the necessary hospital and doctors visits we go to.
