Help for my grandmothers cancer treatment

My grandmother has liver cancer that has metastasized to the pancreas, the large intestine, and the stomach. Since she in in Egypt, the cost of treatment is quite high, and affording treatment out of pocket is not possible at this time. She will undergo her 1st procedure, but she will need more procedures in the future, which is estimated to be around $5,000 CAD. Any help would be very much appreciated.
