Help for Mike Chappell

Mike Chappell has been a Paramedic with HCEMS for several years and is due to retire in March 2019.  He recently became very ill and suffered a cardiac arrest and is currently hospitalized.  Mike is currently on a ventilator and undergoing further testing at this time. While all of our prayers and thoughts are with him and his family this does pose a financial burden due to medical bills and lodging/gas for family and friends to be close to Mike during this time.  Mike has touched several lives throughout his career and has mentored several successful employees/coworkers and the amount of love and support he has received has been amazing but he still needs help.  Any amount that anyone can donate to assist him and his family would be greatly appreciated.  Public service (EMS, LE, Fire, Telecommunicators) is a special field to be in because when one of our own is hurting we all do.  Let's show our support and help out our brother in need during this time.
