Help Michael's family with final expenses

Lauren, friend of Michael's here, sitting with Michael to write this story... "Oh I don't even know where to start," he says.

Michael has a mystery illness that has been causing him to lose consciousness. He has had a couple of falls, leading into a more serious fall back in July that caused third degree burns across his back, causing him to miss two weeks of work. If you're curious how that happened, just ask him.

Then on August 12, Michael passed out again and spent two days in the hospital undergoing testing to determine what could be causing his passing out. Nothing definitive was discovered.

He spent 9 unexpected days in the hospital ICU and hospice with his mother. She passed peacefully the morning of August 20.

Follow that up with him passing out again while driving to work, totaling his car and ending in another hospital stay and more time out of work.

If you know Michael, you know that he would give us the shirt off of his back. Any help you may be able to provide to help alleviate some stress with his medical bills, loss of income from being out of work, money for Ubers/Lyfts to get to work (he can't drive until the root cause of the illness is figured out), and with his mother's final expenses would be greatly appreciated.
