Help for Kelly Kolbe

Update11/28/2017:

We are heart broken to announce to everyone that the cancer has come back and has done so much damage that my Dad now needs a full liver transplant. He will be going in on 12/4 for his second round of Chemo. He was on the list for a liver but had to be “wait listed” due to the newest MRI scan. Any help you can give would be so very helpful! We also are continually grateful for your ongoing thoughts and prayers.




Last year my father was diagnosed with liver cancer. His original prognosis was that he would need a liver transplant after he beat the cancer. He amazingly has beat the cancer and is in remission, but the radiation has done a number on his body. He currently is unable to work because he is constantly in too much pain to make it through a day at work without his medication for the pain. He is working hard in physical therapy so he can get over the pain and gain his strength back, but it's a slow process. We would all be extremely appreciative of all the help you can give us and him. My parents are currently struggling to get by. They have tapped into their savings and second mortgage. I remember him as a hard working man growing up and I know having to ask for help like this is killing him. He worked two full time jobs just so his kids could play sports, participate in scouts, and so that he could provide for his family. He will use your money responsibly and only on daily necessities, to cover the insurmountable amount of medical bills, and for any unexpected expenses from the cancer. He is so much like his father, a proud man, that will not take your kindness lightly. He and we will absolutely pay it forward in the future when the opportunity arises for us.
