Help for Jessie

On Sunday, August 16th we woke up to find our beloved dog Jessica missing and nowhere to be found. The search felt as if it was never ending when it was just a few days. Thanks to God Jess was found but the way she was found was hard to hear. Jess was hit by a car on 55 and left there. Luckily there was an amazing person who saw this and stayed with Jess until she could be saved. If there is one thing we are sure of it is that all those seconds Jess had with out us she was extremely sad and frightened . That is what hurts the most. Jess protected every member of our house. She would not let anyone enter our house unless we gave her the okay. Jessica was a puppy at heart still. She was one of the happiest dogs you could ever meet. We used to laugh because you could just breathe slightly different and you would see her tail start to wag. Jess would walk up to you and put her paw on your lap because she wanted you to pet her. You just had to pet her because it was so funny how hard she went to make sure you would. You couldn’t look away she would just take her paw off and put it back on again to get your attention. The last thing our family would ever want to do is ask others for money. This is a tragic event that I don’t think anyone would be able to prepare themselves for. We asked God to bring Jess home and that is what he did. Now we ask God to heal Jess and give her the opportunity to be as happy as she was before. We can’t think about anything else except bringing her home. We already paid a large amount before X rays were even taken. After getting those X-rays and test we were given the news that Jess is paralyzed in her back legs. Now we work towards what we need to do next to bring her home. Anything helps, even just a share or a prayer. We are extremely grateful to anyone that has shared or prayed for Jess. There will never be enough words to express how grateful we are for any help we have received or will continue to receive.
