Help For Hospital Workers - Fuel Our Frontline

Our local, family-run restaurants, Wood & Water and The Gallery Restaurant, are delivering meals to Los Angeles doctors, nurses, hospital workers and healthcare professionals—but we need your help!
These amazing individuals are courageously fighting on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic to slow the virus' spread. They are putting their own lives at risk while working long shifts with limited resources. Many of them don't even have the time to pick up groceries after work due to grocery stores' reduced hours. We want to help by delivering delicious meals straight to these incredible, everyday heroes.
Like many others, our small business has had to shut down the main operations of our local restaurants, resulting in loss of work for some of our hourly and salaried workers—many who are like our family and have been with us for decades. We've remained open for takeout and delivery, but it simply isn’t enough to keep our staff members employed.
We wanted to come up with a way to help healthcare workers, while also keeping our staff members working. For every $25 we receive, we will donate one meal to local healthcare workers at Los Angeles area hospitals, including UCLA Medical Center and Los Robles Regional Medical Center. Each meal includes food, labor and delivery. Every dollar raised will go directly to feeding healthcare workers and employing the staff providing the meals, while also supporting a small, family-run business.
Times are tough, but we hope that we can give back and spread some joy to our community and to the people that are out there saving lives!
