Help For Holly Hope

We have officially reached the 1 year anniversary of Hurricane Harvey. Holly has appealed FEMA OVER 10 TIMES and each time, gets denied. She has sought help from every single agency in a 100 mile radius and each time, a door has been closed in her face.
Samaritans Purse and other agencies have informed Holly that they will not even consider her application as long as her property taxes are delinquent. She is on a payment plan with Galveston County, however, S.P still won't help until they are up to date. Let's help her out so either S.P. or other agencies will help her! PLEASE, she owes Galveston County just a little under $5,000. (Can also provide verification of this)
During this past year, not only has Holly tirelessly tried to survive the awful effects of Harvey, she has also worked odd jobs for people in her area to aide in paying legal fees to obtain custody of her 3 precious granddaughters. This sometimes meant Holly would go days without eating so that her granddaughters would not know the feeling of going to bed hungry.
Holly has reached out to me and I have since reached out to our community. Many have offered financial help, but I insist on keeping things transparent and in the public's view. I haven't always been a fan of "GoFundMe" but I felt this would be the best avenue to allow others to see where their donations are going. When and if donations are given, I will consistently update the photo section to show said withdrawals as well as receipts showing where the donations have been applied to back taxes and hopefully repairs that need to be done above and beyond what MAY be offered.
Holly's granddaughters have struggled ENOUGH this past year. Please help me to help them to learn that we ARE Texas Strong and that this community continues to help each other out.

The pictures attached are as of August, 27, 2018. A year after Harvey and a family is still not receiving help from any community agencies is not only unacceptable, but sad. Holly isn't looking for a hand-out, rather a hand-UP. Harvey has messed up her foundation, molded sheet-rock, messed up electricity, ruined contents and so much more. ALL OF THIS CAN BE REPAIRED!!!!
