Help for Helen's vision

Our sister, Helen, in Uganda, is partially blind and is fearful that she may lose her eye sight.

An operation is need urgently to help her rectify her condition. Helen is currently suffering with blurred vision and dizziness due to this occurrence. 

You help, support and contributions would be greatly appreciated.
