Help for harrysson

This is Harrysson, my 5 yrs old son. Since birth he's been suffering. As well as restricted mobility he deals with a very complex condition that affects his bladder and kidneys. Harrysson has endured 20 operations, 3 in the last month but the cause of his medical condition is still unknown.
In December we could of lost him.
As his mum I’m desperate to him the diagnosis and treatment he needs to begin to live his life. Everyday he is in severe pain, no medication can provide any relief.
We desperately want to have him assessed at the Portland Hospital, London that provide access to diagnostic tests and hopefully surgery that can ease his pain and allow him to enjoy life.
As a family we are all suffering, either me or his Dad with Harrysson in hospital, separated from his brother and sisters. When he's home usually suffering from yet another infection, a brave smile is often on his face but it breaks my heart watching him battle every day or miss school because he is too poorly it’s so sad.
The NHS have kept him well thus far but don't have the resources to find the cause of his suffering.
We need answers.
With your help will be able to take Harrysson to Portland Hospital, London for an assessment, diagnostic tests, treatment and hopefully a long term solution.
