<div>Hi, Canvey Island Football Club are assisting in raising funds to financially help Glen his wife and young family.
</div>
<div>You all know Glen, he is Canvey Island FC’s fantastic programme editor and website administrator and a life long supporter.
</div>
<div>Sadly just before Christmas, Glen contracted a serious brain infection requiring surgery, and is currently in a state of minimal consciousness in hospital.
</div>
<div>we are reaching out to help support Glen and his family, whose lives have been turned upside down, by raising some funds.
</div>
<div>So let us do all we can to help him on his long hard journey and we pray that he makes a full recovery.
