Help For Ernie's Medical Expenses

Ernest Morris is my Younger Brother. In 2004, Ernie beat Cancer( Hemangiopercytoma/w/poxentration, a Sarcoma) with surgery that removed his colon, rectum, large intestine, bladder, and prostrate.  Then he battles bowel blockages, radiation damage to all the viens and arteries in his lower abdomen and both legs., bypass surgery, blood clots, and general ill health. So it really amazed everyone to realize he had reached the end of his disability insurance.  With his meds coming in at about $600 a month, his ostomy supplies at over $100, All 7 or 8 of his doctors are Specialists, so he has a $45 deductable each, often seeing 3 a day, 3 or 4 times a month, and the parking fees of $12 each trip. I need HELP for my Younger Brother. 
This will be a need, for all his life. Hopefully, he will see his 3 grandchildern grow in to adults. Ernie will be 65 on January 6th, so medicare may come up with some assistance, but I can't hold me breath that long...
