Help for Emmett

Im Carla and this is my son Emmett. 
From the age of 1 and a half we noticed emmett walking on his tiptoes we took him to the doctors and they turned us away until Emmett was 3.  When he was told he was a tiptoe walker. Emmett was a bad case and was up at over a 80 degree angle on his feet luckily with a brilliant doctor we managed surgery on his achilles tendon. Emmett went through 2 hours surgery and spent 4 weeks in full leg casts and developed a ulcer which meant he spent 4 more weeks in them. From there Emmett struggled and went through intensive physio and rehabilitation. He is in splints constantly in the day and night. When emmett was just becoming consistent with his recovery he was left in lots of pain which led him to taking regular pain medicine under a pain management clinic. He also underwent several biopsies one even travelled to great ormond street hospital!
The pain got so bad Emmett ended up needing a wheelchair for long distance walks and even simple tasks for shopping and going to the park. He is under various medical specialists and has another surgucal procedure to go through. He also still attends regular physiotherapy hydrotherapy and occupational therapy. To say Emmett still struggles is an understatement and is still using his wheelchair. This is where the problem arises.. As emmett grows so does his wheelchair and his need for a wheelchair and we want to raise funds to buy a bigger car in order to get Emmett around to school and physiotherapy and hospital appointments as my car is now to small especially with a bigger brother any help would be greatly appreciated. Hes a beautiful gentle boy and never stops smiling ever all i want is to give him a greater quality of life.
