Help for Doby

Doby was hit by a car off of Lee Blvd and Sunshine in Lehigh Acres, FL. They left him on the side of the road. Thankfully a good Samaritan found him and I was able to be reunited. Unfortunately he had a lot off blood loss by the time I got him. We brought him to an emergency vet and both his legs are broken, and he has multiple pelvic fractures. He is unable to move on his own. He also has damage to his face and eye. I want to save his legs, but the surgery costs are extremely daunting. I am a college student at the University of South Florida and I was here visiting family when this happened.
