Help for baby hopes funeral

My partner gave birth to beautiful twins 15 weeks early and unfortunately hope didn't make it she passed away the next day she wasn't strong enough to keep going her body was shutting down so her tubes had to be pulled and we had to let her go witch was the hardest thing me and my partner have ever had to do was letting our daughter go but we know know she is resting and not in pain no more. Our other twin Nevaeh who is still in intensive care fighting and getting stronger each day. the ICU unit are doing a brilliant job with Nevaeh and we are very great full for all there help and support that they have given me and my partner and our baby girls
