Help for Akeem's Cancer Treatment

Please help us support Akeem who needs Life Saving Cancer Treatment. I was moved when we first heard what he was going through and had to support his 1st Surgery bill few weeks back. 

Akeem  Adebola Hassan, Popularly know as Akeem Myfo is a dedicated sound engineer and also an Active member of Muslim Youth Forum committed to helping and developing youths. He is a father of 4 young children with the oldest being 10years and Wife a teacher.
Akeem is a fun, loving and jovial person. He is also a great dad and husband to his family. 

It all started from having a bitter taste in his mouth, which later developed into a sore throat around February 2020. Medical steps and efforts where taken before the lockdown and the sore was healing gradually.

Two weeks into the lockdown, he started complaining that the sore is coming up again, also there is a kind of blockage coming down from the upper palate of his mouth thereby creating a close making it difficult for the passage of food.  After that, a massive swelling was observed around his neck. 

He was admitted at the general hospital Isola, Lagos, Nigeria and later referred to Luth (Lagos University teaching hospital) where he had to undergo a 3 in 1 surgery which we quickly raised funds to make payment. At this point, a lot of money has been spent on his medical expenses with other family support.

After successful Surgery to reduce the
swelling,  a Biopsy was conducted on him and results came back with unfortunate diagnosis of a Nasopharyn type of cancer at stage 4.
He urgently needs another Surgery and Cancer treatments to help save his life, which will cost at least 2 Million Naira (Approx £4,000).
