Iryna Ustynova and her 3 year old daughter Melani

As a part of Intellectual Leadership, our charitbale organization effort, we are starting this fundraiser for Iryna Ustynova and her three year old daughter Melanie with the ultimate goal for Iryna to purchase a car and help with providing therapeutic care for her daughter. Iryna and Melanie are refugees from the war ridden Ukraine and currently reside in Miami. Iryna sent me this passage to share her story:

We are a family from Ukraine. My name is Iryna Ustynova and my daughter Melanie, she is almost three years old.

We are from the city of Kakhovka that now is an occupied territory which is also partially flooded after the Kakhovka river dam was destroyed.

We were forced to leave Ukraine because of the war, and in April, we arrived in Miami to build a new life.

My main goal was to come here because the USA has the best support program for special children. My daughter has ADHD and autism. Here, she has great opportunities for correction and a full life.

Unfortunately, currently we do not have any financial or other support. And starting a new life in a new country is challenging.

By profession, I am a psychologist and I'm starting my professional journey from scratch here, learning the language, and getting an education. I'm studying English at college.

Right now, we really need support with transportation and finances. We also need help organizing daycare for my daughter and finding available therapies to improve her health.
