help for Lily and Family

Hi, my name is Lily Dominguez. I am 4 years old. I was born with a Chaotic Lympomaningacile Benyne tumor on my lower spine that wraps around and grows up my spine. If I do not have surgery to remove it and two discs, it will cause severe pain and possibly crippling. We have to travel to Salt Lake City, Utah, where I have surgery on October 31st and need your prayers and blessings. My family and I need financial help because we will have to stay in Utah for a month for therapy for 30 days during my recovery so I can Jump and play. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
