Help fix Punky's Place!

This is Punky. She's our neighbor, and she could use a little help. We started this GoFundMe page to give her a hand, as well as her daughter Lisa, and her granddaughter, Sophia.
Punky, whose real name is Darlene, unexpectedly lost her husband Gary about a year and a half ago. It was a tough blow for her and her family but, especially for Punky’s daughter Lisa. Lisa and her daughter both live with Punky. Sophia is about the same age as our daughter and is going to be a big sister in October. We're very excited for them. Unfortunately, through circumstances out of their control, they have some immediate needs requiring funds they simply don't have. That's where you come in!
Gary was in the middle of some home repairs that were yet to be completed but as I mentioned, he passed suddenly and unexpectedly. The house also needs other repairs which Gary had not yet started. Punky has been living with these projects unfinished and some of them are now posing a health risk to everyone. The biggest, most immediate need, is her bathroom. It needs to be completely gutted and remodeled. She possibly needs a few windows replaced. Gary also collected a lot of belongings over the years and they need to be disposed of. So, a large dumpster is going to be required. These projects need to be started in the next two weeks. So, there is quite a sense of urgency.
Rest assured, these funds will be used wisely and will be stretched as far as possible.
As Punky's neighbor we simply want to use the resources we have to show her we love her and her family. I'm asking you to join me in helping this family who truly needs it. I will be eternally grateful for your contributions as will Punky, Lisa, Sophia and soon to be baby boy.
