Help fix my husbands David heart

This is my husband David. He was born with Cerebral Palsy . When we married in 2001 . 3 months later --David is getting a pacemaker.
One year later--David finds out that he has a aortic aneurysm . We are on watch with it till February 2018. His cardiologist comes in and says David --its time. You need a aortic valve replacement and we also find out that you need a mitral valve replacement. If you do not have open heart surgery by September. You could die from your heart exploding or your mitral valve will close one day and you will die suddenly. Your choice.
We are going to the Frankel Heart Center in Ann Arbor at U of M hospital on April 5, 2018 at 5:30 AM. Dr. Bo Yang will be doing the operation.
David will be out of work till July 6.2018 . I will be out of work for at least 8 weeks tending to my husbands needs and with his therapy.
We have some insurance, but, it cost us our Dave Ramsey Emergency Fund of $ 1,000 just to get his right and left catheterization and that's after the insurance paid its part. David has co-pays of 20 percent.
I do not even want to think how much the operation will cost us.
Where will your money go-- First your money will go to pay David's enormous bills and the follow-up visits 8 are needed as of now.
David will be at U of M hospital for a week at least before coming home.
Second your money will be to cover both of our lost wages.
Rent payments will still be due, the utilities will still want their money.
Food is not free. The Med- Inn on the university grounds where I will stay is not free while David is in the ICU and the step down unit.
I will need help and prayers from everyone starting from now till July 6, 2018 when I hope and pray my husband can return to work and provide for us.
