Help fix Loki's torn cruciates!

Jason and I have been rescuing animals since we got together 18 years ago!  Our home is filled with rescues and love and unfortunately medical conditions.  We don't have kids so we spend our money on pet stairs, medications and anything else our animals need.  We decided to finally get a puppy last year.  We had wanted a puppy for many years and we love American Pit Bull Terriers!  We adopted Loki from the local shelter and he has brought chaos and laughter into our lives.   When he was 10 months old he started having bizarre intermittent lameness. Sometimes he would be so stiff after sleeping he would get up like an old man. It killed me!!!!! Our other pit is a 12 year old who's dealt with arthritis, double knee surgeries and hip dysplasia all her life so we've been down this road and I couldn't bear to see it happen so early for him. We ran the gambit of testing and procedures on him. Lyme disease testing, Neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis testing, adequan injections, xrays, laser therapy and he's currently on Doxycycline just in case it is some sort of tick disease that is not showing positive. The only thing we were positive of was that he actually has arthritis in his elbow. His xrays showed nothing else and since he was also lame in his front we ruled out torn ACL’s.

I took him to Blue Pearl Vet Specialists today who I have trusted with many of my pets.  They wanted to update his xrays and there it was!!!!  Bilateral torn ACL’s.  Why???  How could this happen to my sweet young boy?  Unfortunately it comes down to poor breeding and his conformation.  His official diagnosis is bilateral cranial cruciate tears with diffuse atrophy. 
We have already spent hundreds on Loki in the last few months and unfortunately it has made our monetary situation tight.  We will be saving and I will be selling some items around the house because it’s my baby boy and he’s worth every penny!  We are asking for any help from our friends and family that they can afford even if it’s just sharing his link!  I HATE asking this!!!!  I HATE asking such a thing from people!  If time was not an issue y’all would be continuing to see happy silly posts from me but since we have to get Loki worked on ASAP I’m posting this instead.
