Help fix Keenas broken leg

So our 5 month old puppy Keena hurt herself on Sunday and we found out today that she broke her leg. Doctor is saying up to $2500 all said and done and we've already had a $200 vet visit today for the evaluation and the x-rays and medicine to try to help with pain and get her temperature and swelling down. She's going to need screws and a plate put in to fix her leg and between the over night stay, the medications and post op appointments, therapy, etc.. its all going to add up so fast and due to various finacial strains we are unable to afford thebcare she need. She's only 5 months old, we're not sure how this happened but we're trying to do anything we can to get her fixed ourselves so that she won't end up in a rescue, but I'm willing to do must be done to help her get better and get out of pain. We don't wanna put her in that extra emotional trauma of being with a different family and having surgery and going home to strangers and then ending up in another home after she's adopted, it's just too much for a puppy. It's just not possible for us to come up with this kind of extra money to take of this on our own as much as we'd love to be able to

If you look at her back leg you can see how swollen the poor puppy's leg is. It's really sad to see her like this when usually she's all full of energy and jumping around being the crazy and annoying puppy like she's supposed to be and now she's depressed just laying around in pain.
