Help fix Jackie’s teeth!

It has come to this point where the insurance representative isn’t Doing anything with my claim. This is from the meat company that supplies my local Kroger grocery store Smiths with meat patties pre-made called Stone meats.

Back in May of this year (2020) I was with my in-laws and family friends about 8-12 of us all eating the same meat. But for me I was chewing and felt something hard and thought it to be grizzle or sand in the meat. Having though I had pushed the food with the weird material out from my teeth or to my throat I bit down on my other side to chew and was met with a even sharper pain.
I immediately spit out my chewed up beef patty to see a piece of metal around 5cm in length rough on both ends( indicating more had broke off).
I was left with both my back molars (30 & 19) broken and now I am suffering with terrible infection on medication to try and get it under control but have no insurance (Medicaid) and about to start a brand new job. 

We have an Endodontist  and another dental office ready and willing to get me in on emergency basis as I need 2 root canals and both teeth crowned, but the cost is so much out of pocket for us.

IF this hadn’t happened during COVID and the insurance claim would have just paid for me to get my teeth fixed to where it is now threatening my life, I wouldn’t be needing anyone’s help.I’m very scared as I have been losing weight and unable to sleep or do basic day to day things like be with my 1.5 yr old son.
