Help find "mama" a home

Found this sweet girl near my house where the residents said someone had dropped her off about a week ago. The people around there told me they weren't feeding her and wanted her away from their houses. She was a mama not too long ago it appears, but is now so skinny. She is the sweetest dog i've ever met from day one and has such a gentle and loyal manner. She needs a vet visit to get her long and bent toenails cut, a few lumps examined/removed, vaccines, and probably needs to get spayed. I want her to have a home, but she needs this so badly before that can happen. I don't want her to live an unhealthy and unhappy life any longer :( Anything you give will go straight to her vet bill and help get this girl a HOME. she deserves it <3
