Stolen Service Corgi - #helpfindharvey

My best friend and service dog disappeared in the smoke while we were evacuating in Butte county during the Camp Fire. A neighbor replied to my missing dog fliers several days later saying an older woman with dirty blonde hair was seen calling him over at the bottom of my road, have my had brand new tags with 3 different phone numbers and he is chipped and needs medical attention. She was about 5'3-5'5, in her 40s, or 50s, looked like she had a history of drug use is what multiple witnesses described her as.  Driving a white 4 door Buick century 2000 model.

She was seen twice on the 13th of November in Butte then Yuba county. Once the 21st of November on camera in Red Bluff telling a man she had found the dog and had named him Harvey!! She was later seen in Anderson then Redding multiple times. We tracked her through Dunsmuir to Yreka then Ashland. Now were hunting for Harvey and his kidnapper in Southern Oregon. I'm constantly expanding my search perimeters and got Harvey on the news from Yuba City, CA to Porland, OR

Be on the look out for this woman driving around the west coast in a 2004 white Buick century or a white utility van.

I will not give up no matter how long it takes.

Been keeping track of my expenses during this nightmare.

Spent over $3,000 on fliers so far, $6,000 in gas, 3400 in wear and tear on my vehicle. (Ill keep this updatedDefinitely had 10k for a reward when this started but I have had to dip into that a lot but best believe the reward is real even if I have to sell my truck to pay it I just want my best friend back. This is so horrible, I have been sleeping in my suv every night the last 2 months besides a few couches I surfed on and the occasional airbnb when my back starts hurting too much to sleep in a vehicle. Trying to be as efficient as possible because every penny counts when it comes to covering ground to find my dog.
