Help Fight to bring King Home

Hello everybody. My name is Jade and I started this fundraiser to raised money to pay for legal fees. I’m trying to get an attorney to help fight to get my son back into my custody or atleast to a family member. My son was wrongly removed or should I say “MEDICALLY KIDNAPPED” from my care by DCF December of 2019 without any clear evidence showing he was abuse or negligence. I was never offer a case plan After being told I needed to do a psychological test to determine my case plan so I could get my son back; and my family was never offer the opportunity to get my son from day one. I’ve had family members to have approved home study but since they didn’t like the fact they was being challenged on doing their job the CORRECT way they filed them as denied. Shands hospital recommended for my son to be placed back in my care and be put on a 6 month probation period. But DCF (partnership for strong families) claimed Shands Hospital didn’t want my son back into my care and they wanted to terminate my parental rights. I’m hurt and disappointed in the system gand the state of Florida. I’ve reached out to the governor, the office of inspector general, and the the senator over DCF and all have ignore my complaints. My son needed an emergency surgery done that could have prolonged him from needing a kidney transplant September of 2020 and the DEPARTMENT OF FLORIDA canceled it because they feel “IT WASN’T IMPORTANT AND THEY DIDNT WANT ME THERE”! Since then I’ve gone to trial and my rights was terminated. My attorneys I had at the time got the hospital staff to admit the appointments that was supposedly missed wasn’t missed at all. But the judge still sided with the department. Now my uncle and aunt is trying to get my son. They have an approved home study and have passed their background checks and all the proper tools required to adopt a child. The problem and reason why I’m asking for help raising money is because we need another lawyer to help get my son placed with them. The department favor these foster parents so much (mainly bc one of the program director) they are willing to break the federal laws. It’s not right. Me and my son need help. Please. They have already violated the 4th and 14th amendment and our civil rights. Please help us get the help we deserve and need
