These people are some of the best and as their manager with nothing to tell them I feel like I have to do what I can to help them. We are all in the middle of uncertain times and I hope we can come out of it stronger. I just want to try to do something in the meantime. I’ve worked in this industry for 15 years and it’s so hard to see it collapsing around us. The restaurant industry is one of the best and right now we need whatever help we can get! Give what you can if you’re comfortable and hopefully this will pass and we will be back slinging brisket and spring gardens like it’s our job because it is. All my love and all the best.
