<div>I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit on behalf of my dear niece, Fernanda. She is a brave young woman who has been facing serious health challenges with cysts that have developed on her kidneys and intestines. After numerous tests and consultations, the doctors have recommended immediate surgery to remove the cysts and prevent further complications.
