Help Felisha Get Cancer Treatment

The past few months have been some of the hardest times of my life. I have been dealing with cervical cancer and navigating the health care system in a new country has been traumatizing to say the least. I have done everything in my power to get the surgery covered to remove my tumor. My surgery was scheduled so I made plans, packed for a week stay, arrived at the hospital and went through 6+ hours of intake to be sent home without warning because I needed to sign a bill that says I will cover €23k. No one spoke to me about this prior, no one helped me with anything, and at every turn I have been made to feel like somehow this is my fault or I should never have come here. 

While I was home calling my insurance/trying to work something out I had complications from my first procedure - I was bleeding so much I passed out and had a seizure. I spent 3.5 days in the hospital recovering, but now I’m back home still needing the surgery with no support from my insurance or the hospital. I’m exhausted, sad, and I really don’t want to ask for money, but I’m at the end of the road here. This surgery is time sensitive and with the hospital bill needing to be paid up front I only have the until the end of the month to raise the money. 

I am making plans for future needs but everything I’m doing will take too long to help with this surgery. this has been such an overwhelmingly lonely experience but I really appreciate everyone who has been there for me.
