Help Feed Young Families in Yangon, Myanmar

Who are we

Crossing the Gain Line used to coach rugby to the young people in Yangon. We now feed them and their families, delivering food  and supply packages to them each week.

We are non - political charity so we can still get food directly to the families that need it. We are 100% volunteer so our costs are virtually zero. 

Being a UK based charity we can also assure you that your donation will not get stuck en route.

We are now providing food packages to over 1000 families per week. Each food package contains food, personal cleaning products, hand sanitiser and washing powers. It cost about £12. You can see the work we do on our website and Facebook page.

Food Insecurity in Myanmar

Prior to 1 February 2021, 2.8 million people were considered food insecure in Myanmar. World Food Program estimates that 1.5 to 3.4 million additional people could be at risk of food insecurity and in need of assistance due to the economic slowdown provoked by the political crisis in the coming three to six months.



Crossing the Gain Line is on the ground in Myanmar giving us direct contact with the poorest people and able to help immediately with the food that they need.
