Imagine losing your job after years of service—without warning, without a plan, and often without a safety net.
That’s the current reality for thousands of federal employees impacted by layoffs. These people dedicated their careers to serving our country—and now they’re left wondering what’s next.
I’m Kristina Smith, a Certified DreamBuilder Coach and Life Mastery Consultant. I’ve launched this fundraiser to bring hope, tools, and transformation to those who need it most—through a powerful, proven program that helps people rebuild their dreams, confidence, and careers from the inside out.
With your help, I’ll offer free DreamBuilding workshops to federal employees who’ve recently been laid off. These aren’t just motivational talks. They’re structured, interactive training sessions that include:
- Tools to shift mindset and navigate uncertainty
- Skills to gain clarity, set goals, and take action
- Community support to reduce isolation and rebuild confidence
A framework that helps participants reimagine and reinvent their future.
All funds will go toward covering workshop materials, technology, coaching hours, and expanding access to these sessions—especially for those who cannot afford support during this critical time.
Our first phase will focus on participants from the Department of Energy (DOE), with the goal to expand to other affected federal groups. We’ve already seen firsthand how transformational this training can be—and with your support, we can reach so many more.
