<div>For years, he’s been a steady light in South Florida and all over the United States — showing up when others needed hope, encouragement, or simply a reminder that they are loved by God. His impact is immeasurable, though he has never once sought recognition. He has simply lived his calling.

<div>Now, this humble servant faces a challenge of his own. Pastor Foye and his family are moving to Massachusetts to begin a new chapter. After months of faithfully preparing for his wife’s new job placement and stepping away from his ministry obligations, their financial resources have grown tight.

<div>To make matters more difficult, the Veterans Administration recently denied his VA home loan application — not because he isn’t eligible, but because of a paperwork verification issue that won’t be resolved in time for closing. Instead of being able to use the no-money-down benefit he earned through his military service, he’s now required to bring 3.5% of the home’s purchase price to the table — a sudden and heavy financial burden.
