<div>At Fáilte Academy — Where Learning Begins with Belonging — we’ve been building that kind of place inside my home, one neurodivergent learner at a time.

<div>Now we’ve outgrown our home.
</div>
<div>Families are waiting. Children who don’t fit in traditional classrooms are asking for a space built around their nervous systems, not the other way around. To serve them, Fáilte Academy needs to move into a larger school home and make it ready for the kids who are coming.

<div>We’re raising $28,000 to do two things:

<div>Move out of our home and into a larger space, so we can support more children who need us.
</div>

<div>Transform that space into a calm, sensory-supportive school environment where neurodivergent kids can feel safe, regulated, and ready to learn.

<li>Moving expenses and basic setup so we can actually get into the new building.

<li>Deep cleaning and repair work.
</li>
<li>Calming paint for the main hall and classrooms.
</li>
<li>Repairing damaged walls and replacing worn carpet in two smaller rooms.

<li>Stripping and waxing the main hall floors so they’re safe and durable.
</li>
<li>Curtains, rugs, tables, chairs, shelving, and sensory supports that soften the space and make it usable for our students.

<div>A loud, echoey, visually chaotic room can tip a child into shutdown or meltdown before learning even begins. A calmer space — softer colors, rugs underfoot, places to move and regulate, quiet corners to land — can change the entire day. It’s the difference between bracing themselves and finally being able to exhale.
