</div>

<div>More than 190,000 women are currently incarcerated in the United States, and many more live in similar institutions or controlled environments with strict safety restrictions. In many of these facilities, conventional cosmetic packaging is prohibited, leaving little or no access to makeup and personal care items.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>These products are more than cosmetic routines. When thoughtfully formulated, they can provide hydration, treatment, and protection. They can also help with identity retention, confidence, and self-esteem during difficult periods.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Maintaining dignity and self-worth can play an important role in psychological well-being, rehabilitation, and the long-term journey toward successful reentry into society.

<div><strong>The Innovation</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Commissary Cosmetics™ is a <strong>patent-pending </strong>cosmetics delivery platform designed specifically for institutional safety and compliance.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I have filed a provisional patent application establishing priority protection across multiple product architectures. By engineering the packaging itself for institutional compliance, Commissary Cosmetics™ creates a safe pathway for makeup and personal care products to exist where they have historically been inaccessible.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>Campaign Goal:</strong> $50,000 - $100,000

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Funds raised may support:

</div>

<ul>

<li>Patent attorney fees (Estimated range: $8,000 – $18,000)

</li>

<li>USPTO filing and submission costs (Est. range: $1,000 – $3,500)

</li>

<li>Professional patent drawings/technical illustrations (Est. range: $500 – $2,000)

</li>

<li>CAD engineering and product design (Est. range: $2,000 – $8,000)

</li>

<li>Prototype fabrication and materials testing (Est. range: $2,000 – $10,000)

</li>

<li>Packaging refinement and safety validation (Est. range: $1,000 – $4,000)

</li>

<li>Consultation with chemists or private labels (Est. range: $1,000 – $5,000)

</li>

<li>Ingredient list preparation and regulatory labeling (Est. range: $500 – $2,500)

</li>

<li>Development of initial pilot units for evaluation (Est. range: $2,000 – $6,000)

</li>

<li>Pilot production unit manufacturing for review (Est. range: $3,000 – $12,000)

</li>

</ul>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>These steps are essential to protect the invention and prepare it for responsible manufacturing and institutional review.

</div>

<div><strong>Why This Matters</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Commissary Cosmetics™ aims to create a responsible and compliant pathway for makeup and self-care products to safely exist within institutional environments.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Your support helps ensure this independent innovation can be protected, developed, and responsibly brought into the world.

<div><strong>Transparency</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Crowdfunding represents early development funding and does not replace or preclude future grants, partnerships, or institutional collaborations that may support later research, development, manufacturing, or distribution.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Campaign updates will be shared as milestones are reached. Thank you!
